The Brashear Lady Tiger softball team faced Paris in the 1st round of districts last Friday. Brashear got on the scoreboard with a run in the top of the 1st, but Paris answered with runs in innings 1 through 5 to hold a 10-1 lead. Brashear managed to score 4 times in the 6th but their rally fell short resulting in a 10-5 loss. Aubrey Borgmeyer had 2 hits for Brashear with Bailee Crandall, Lacey Fisher, Marissa McMann, Maddie Moots, and Paige Stutsman also having hits. Cassidy Althide pitched, giving up only 3 earned runs.
